    How it works

    1. Build & check out

      Upload your artwork, choose quantities and options, and check out. Your card is authorized, not charged.

    2. Front & back proof

      Within 1–2 business days we email a proof of every design, showing each side exactly as it will look. Two revision rounds included.

    3. Approve

      Approve within 5 days. We charge your card and start production. Cancel before approving and the authorization is voided at no charge.

    4. Made & shipped

      Printed and cut in-house, exactly as approved, and shipped within business days of approval.

    Double-sided die-cut: how the back works

    On a die-cut shape, the outline seen from the back is the mirror image of the front: it’s the same piece, turned over. A back that follows the cut is mirrored artwork, so any text in it reads reversed.

    Choose a back for each design:

    • Mirror of the frontThe same artwork seen from behind. Looks natural for animals and art without text.
    • Different back artworkUpload a second file and we fit it to the flipped outline, so text can read correctly. Its edges may differ slightly from the front.
    • Solid color or logoYour design on the front; a clean color or your logo on the back. Great for your brand.

    Your proof shows the front and back of every design, and we print each back exactly as approved.

    Artwork tips

    • PNG with a transparent background gives the cleanest cut. JPG and PDF also work.
    • At least 750 px on the longest side for 2.5″ and 1,050 px for 3.5″ (300 dpi).
    • We cut around your artwork with a thin clear edge and add the key-ring or hanging hole at the top. Want it elsewhere? Say so in the design notes.
    • Keep text at least 8 pt and thin parts at least 1/8″ (3 mm) wide so pieces stay strong.

    Questions

    Can I combine keychains and ornaments to reach a price tier?

    Yes. Your tier is set by the total pieces in your order, across all products and designs. For example, 25 keychains + 25 ornaments = 50 pieces, so both are priced at the 50-piece tier.

    Hardware attached or supplied separately?

    Every keychain includes a split ring and chain. We can attach them for per piece, or include them loose at no extra charge. Ornaments: hanging string attached for per piece, or no string.

    Is there individual packaging?

    By default, wholesale orders are bulk-packed with no individual retail packaging, ready for your own branded packaging. Individual clear bags are available for per piece, chosen per design.

    Are there setup or artwork fees?

    No. The die-cut outline, setup and a front-and-back proof with two revision rounds are included. Please send print-ready artwork; we don’t redraw or design artwork.

    How long does production take?

    Orders of up to 249 pieces ship within 5 business days after you approve your proof (250–999: 10; 1,000+: 15). Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. Transit is extra and depends on the shipping method you choose: Ground (usually 1–5 business days), UPS 2nd Day Air or UPS Next Day Air Saver. The order builder shows an estimated delivery date for each.

    When is my card charged?

    At checkout your card is only authorized. We charge it when you approve your proof. If you cancel before approving, the authorization is voided and nothing is charged. Please approve within 5 days: authorizations expire after 7.

    How is shipping calculated?

    By weight, destination and the method you choose: Ground (USPS Ground Advantage or UPS Ground), UPS 2nd Day Air or UPS Next Day Air Saver, from our studio in New Jersey. You see the exact price and an estimated delivery date before checkout. Ground is free when your products subtotal is over $300. Shipping is priced for the ZIP code you enter, so please ship to that ZIP. We ship wholesale orders within the contiguous U.S.

    Do discount codes work on wholesale orders?

    No. Discount codes, coupons and promotions don’t apply to wholesale prices.

    Do you charge sales tax?

    Sales tax is calculated at checkout where it applies. If you’re buying to resell, send us your resale certificate before ordering and we’ll set your account as tax-exempt.

    Can I see the quality first?

    Yes: order any of our retail die-cut keychains or ornaments at the regular price. Sample purchases aren’t credited toward wholesale orders.

    What if something arrives wrong?

    If pieces don’t match your approved proof or are defective, email us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we’ll reprint or refund those pieces.
