1.You must have the rights to your content
When you upload or send content, you confirm that:
- you own it, or you have permission from the owner to use it;
- printing it does not infringe anyone’s copyright or trademark;
- it does not violate anyone’s privacy or publicity rights (for example, photos of other people used without their permission).
2.No trademarks or characters you don’t own
Do not send brand logos or names, sports team marks, or cartoon, movie or video-game characters unless you own them or have written permission to use them. We may ask you to show that permission.
3.We may refuse or cancel
We can’t verify who owns every file, so we rely on your confirmation. We may refuse any content, or cancel an order before production, if we believe it may infringe someone’s rights or is unlawful. If we cancel, we give you a full refund of what you paid for the affected items.
4.Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold PixelCraft360 harmless from any claim, cost or damages arising from the content you send us.
5.Your content stays yours
You keep ownership of your content. You give us permission to use it to make, proof and ship your order.
6.Report an infringement (takedown requests)
If you believe something we made or show on our website infringes your rights, email RS@pixelcraft360.com with:
- your name, postal address, phone and email;
- the work or mark you own (or represent);
- where the material appears (a link, product name or order reference);
- a statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorized by the owner, its agent or the law;
- a statement that the information in your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner;
- your physical or electronic signature (a typed full name is fine).
Email a takedown request
We review every notice. Where appropriate we remove the material, cancel the affected orders and contact the person who sent the content. We may refuse future orders from customers who repeatedly send infringing content.
