We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, along with instructions on how and where to send your package.
Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, such as:

Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, or plants)

Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have. Once your return is accepted, you can make a new purchase for the desired item.
Order Cancellations
If you request a cancellation after an order has been placed but before it has been shipped (or before a custom/personalized order has entered production), please note that a transaction fee of approximately 5% of the total order value may be deducted from your refund. This fee is charged by the payment processor and is non-refundable to us when we issue a refund. Once an order has been shipped, or once the manufacturing process has begun for custom products, the order can no longer be canceled.
European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.
As with our general policy, the item must be returned unused, with tags, and in original packaging, and you must include proof of purchase.
Refunds
We’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If the return is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
